Three days to go until this Saturday’s performance at Zula Sound Bar with Los Skalameros (an awesome German ska/reggae/dancehall band… check them out). What better way to warm up on a cold Winter’s evening, than to dance to a stomping reggae beat?

Tickets are R50 at the door and the doors open at 10pm.

Hey there Rude people,
How are you all, this frostly May evening? :)

So, the Rudeboys are gearing up for tomorrow night’s Vuvuskop 2009 concert at The Bijou Theatre in Observatory. The suited-crew will be performing alongside Lonesome Dave, Circuswing and DJ’s Vuvu and Zela at this awesome night of blues, ska, reggae, groovy electronica, flame throwing and special effects.

In other news, things in the Rude camp are motoring on at full steam: recording for the upcoming third studio album, traveling around Cape Town and the surrounds (oh, and to Splashy in Durban) and generally having a blast. The band will end off the month with a concert at Zula Sound Bar in Long Street on the 30th with German ska band, Los Skalameros on their tour to South Africa. This should be a show not to be missed.
